Monday Night

Each class is driven by the season we are in - to bring us into balance with nature.

This style of class is fluid and will mirror the earth energy using asana, pranayama, mudra.
​
As you move through the class you will learn more about the organs, element, chakra and emotions of the current season.
Friday Night

This is a slower paced Hatha style yoga class, perfect for beginners or those that prefer a gentler approach to yoga. Using breathing, posture and mudra to connect you to the current season.
It is a mixture of standing and seated poses, ending with an extended relaxation - either yoga nidra or meditation.

Yoga nidra is know as "yogic sleep" and is used at the end of class as a method of conscious deep relaxation.

Wednesday Night

This is a faster paced, stronger class, based around a classic vinyasa style of yoga.
​
Intermediate postures are included to challenge you and we often work towards a peak pose.
​
Expect to flow and move around the mat, whilst working the body hard and having some fun!
Saturdays

This "ladder" style vinyasa style class will lift your heart rate and set you up for the weekend. Familiar, simple poses mean it's suitable for all. Loose yourself in this building flow as you repeat poses to deepen your existing practice OR just enjoy your body moving in a constant movement.
