Service Description

The 21st of December is the Winter solstice - the shortest day and the longest night. Earths energy has gone to ground.....Winter is a season of yin, the passive female principle of the universe. It offers us the opportunity to rest and nurture ourselves. It is a time for introspection and reflection, we take wisdom from the water element and try to learn to go with the flow of life instead of trying to control or fight it. After the peeling back of all our unnecessary layers in Autumn we are able to see ourselves in our naked state. Time to face both the YIN and YANG state of your being. Without dark there can be no light - forgiveness and acceptance are key in order to enter the new year with a clean slate. What are you hiding from? what is buried deep within you that you need to confront? now is the time to settle the score and bring balance to your psyche. Nurture yourself with loving compassion, take some time for selfcare. This workshop is an opportunity to indulge yourself in yourself....you have permission to make your physical and mental health your priority. Learn how to eat and cook within the season of WINTER + a seasonal recipe for you to try, and how to create balance within your mind and emotions this time of year.
